NTSWA is an Integrated Solid Waste Management System located in rural North Central Pennsylvania.
The Authority services the counties of Bradford, Sullivan, and Tioga, PA.

NTSWA's staff ensures that the facility is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations;
and strives to sustain a state of the art facility.

The Authority provides the following services:
