The Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority (NTSWA) Transfer Station is located in rural Hamilton Township, Tioga County, Pennsylvania. It is situated 1 mile from Blossburg, PA, and is approximately 2 miles from U.S. Route 15. This facility was constructed in 1991 and is permitted by the Department of Environmental Protection (Permit #101578). This facility accepts only municipal wastes from Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties, Pennsylvania.Construction\ Demolition Wastes are accepted at the NTSWA Landfill #1 located on site. Hours
The Landfill, Transfer Station and Recyclable Processing Center are open to all haulers and residents Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to Noon. Recycling can be dropped off on Saturdays from 8:00am to Noon; however, there is no buyback for aluminum cans on Saturdays. The Demolition Landfill is closed on Saturdays.

After the "ONE DUMP" residents must apply through the PA DEP for the required permit.
