The Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority (NTSWA) was created
in 1973 as the first regional solid waste authority in Pennsylvania. Since
then, NTSWA has strived to meet the solid waste needs of all residents throughout
Bradford, Sullivan and Tioga Counties, Pennsylvania. The Board of Directors and
staff have developed a state-of-the-art integrated solid waste management system
that is described in this Web Site.
